Their newly appointed manager and "some" vets lack business acumen, the basics of " customer service" skills apparently need some training at this place. Remember when you walk into a business and they pretend they are happy to earn your business? Not here, it is atrocious.?
The vet I saw, came across arrogant nor was he welcoming. Perhaps my expectations to have him communicate to me a bit about his credentials, why my cat was feeling how she was, and all the available options would be, I guess those expectations were too high!
Fine, I am guilty of being a little late, but hey, it was tough trying to catch 2 kittens! ?
What made it worse was he advised on a med that my kitten didn't need and made it seem as though there wasn't any other option.
When I confronted the office several days later after reading about the drug, Convenia, and having to pick up yet another med, the front desk staff was just as rude. Then attempting to have a normal conversation with the main vet, she was just as, lets just say; it was like a high school click- I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN and will advise against the facility until they apologize!
FYI; Convenia is for SKIN INFECTION not for the condition my kitten had, also according to the manufacturer, it should NOT be given to a kitten under 4 month or 5lbs. My kitten was 2.8 pounds and barely 3 months old.
Shame on them for being greedy and not having my pet's health in their best interest. ??
It use to be a good place to go to about 10 years ago.
