When my nephew started having rodent problems, we decided to contact Alert Pest Control. The traps they originally set worked for a few months, but now the rodents have come back. They just came the other day to set more traps, and they noticed more places that traps could have been set originally. I think the customer service was good. They were very nice and pleasant. However, there have been several times where they were not very reliable. Once, he said he would show up between 9 and 10 and showed up right at the last second. Another time, they cancelled the appointment and didn't even bother to tell me. I don't really appreciate a company that makes me wait around all day when they aren't even going to come and do work. But, overall the guys are fine. If they catch more mice, I will be happy to refer them. But, they really need to work on their communication because there have been lots of miscommunications while I have been working with them. I'm used to have better communication. Even doctors and stuff will text and call you just to remind you of appointments. So, they really need to work on that.
