Had high hopes of a good customer service experience but Aqua Rec falls short. 1st appt was missed by them (no precall to let me know they weren't going to make it. They never showed - waited all day for them). 2nd appt 2 weeks later, tech showed & started work (no knock on the door, no introduction etc). Was supposed to troubleshoot an item but instead proceeded to replace it with no explanation. Frustrating. Staff on the phone seems friendly but I will go somewhere else next time I need help. A little comon sense & customer courtesy would have gone a long way.
