While i read the contract i noticed they only agreed to cover 60 CENTS PER POUND OF DAMAGED ITEM.!?!
So... if they had dropped my 300 lb refridgerator that i paid $3000 for, they pay a total of a WHOPPING $180!!
What??
So i called into the office to see if this was really true and spoke with the office manager TERRY...
He said it was the minimum they were required to do (of course) and if i didn't like it he would pull the guys off my job right as we were already an hour into loading their trailer... What an $@!#%!
The other issue is that we told them we had a 3500sq ft home full of furniture... So they show up with a tiny 34 ft trailer?!?!?
They said all the bid trailers were already taken... Hense they wanted to charge us for TWO trips instead of one at $100 bucks an hour with it being two hours round trip to our new location..
How convenient huh...?
The crew was nice and hard working but the management seems very shady at best in my opinion.
Would NOT recommend using Terry and his operation..
