Damaged bedroom

The movers scratched my hardwood floors in 6 places and took 2 chunks out of my bedroom door frame trying to pull my dresser through. I watched it happen. I was told to email pictures to the claims lady, which I did. Their response was they spoke with the crew and the crew said they didn’t damage the home. I have pictures and and even sent them a picture of the chunk of wood. They are not taking responsibility for any of it.
I would not recommend this moving company. Very unethical and not customer oriented.

As previously discussed, our crew-members did not cause any damage to your floor or door trim. Both crew-members have worked with Apache Moving and Storage for several years. They both are honest hardworking family men. Ultimately, we provided a service for you. You were fully aware of the cost prior to move day. You tried multiple times from beginning of your move to get a discounted rate. We will not be held responsible for something we did not cause.
