I really appreciated the courtesy of the two guys that actually did the moving. I would have written a good review for this company, had the owners taken care of the business side of it. As it was, the movers were 45 minutes late and they made no attempt to call me to tell me - I had to call to ask if they were still coming. Even though we did a full inventory over the phone, they came ill-prepared with a trailer that was too small to carry all of my stuff, so they had to make two trips - adding an extra hour to my charges. Then, one of the movers used the restroom and left a horrible mess in the toilet - stunk up the whole house. Again, this wasn't a big deal until I called to ask about the charges and they said they would refund me $100 because they overcharged me the time (two trips and 45 minutes late that they charged me for). This was back in November and I called back and again they said they would send me the refund and here it is almost February and now they won't answer my calls. in summary, they are good movers, but make sure you know what you are paying for BEFORE you pay it... they don't take care of their business afterward.
