Although the repair job ultimately was satisfactory, it took me many different times calling to schedule different events such as scheduling to see the damage, then forgetting to take photos for the insurance company, not knowing how to upload photos for the insurance company to review, and matching the paint color. Each time I called, they did not seem to know what kind of vehicle I was talking about nor could they figure out what the job was about and I had to start from scratch each and every time I had a telephone conversation with them. I had a small fender bender on December 1 and the repair was finally completed on April 9… five months later! Most of this time was required because I kept calling to find out the status of events or parts availability etc. Rarely would they call me, I always had to call to remind them about something. They just seem very disorganized.
