AutoSport Collision Has been a Blessing to me!!!
While preparing to make a turn, a pedestrian walked into my path and to avoid hitting them, I hit another car. This was the first accident I have had in 40years! Moving back to CO after working out of town for the past 26 years, I had no clue who to trust!! AutoSport Collision came highly recommended and so I gave them a call. They sent a truck to pick up my car within an hour after a called. They had my car for three weeks and they did an excellent job on my repair and paint! I paid my deductible, happy as a lark and drove off in my beautiful car! When I drove my car on the highway though I noticed the alignment was way off! I had just put 4 brand new tires and had an All Wheel alignment done on my All Wheel drive Subaru one week before my accident so I knew something was wrong! I called AutoSport and spoke to Bill who immediately phoned the insurance company and convinced them that it needed to be realigned! Within a week I dropped off my car for the day and AutoSport had the alignment completed. As I was dropping off my rental car, the big Hailstorm hit! Because my rental hadn’t been actually checked in yet, I had to pay a $500 deductible to repair the rental. As it so happened, my car had just been picked up from the Alignment shop and was outside waiting for my arrival! The hail was golf ball sized and coming down with a fury! Poor Bill ran outside to move my car but the hail was relentless and hit him in the head and face! When all was said and done, my car was a statistic of our big CO catastrophe! Bill and Pat, with true dedication, fought with the insurance company and together, we convinced them to repair the damage instead of totaling it! It took almost 6 months for Subaru to send a roof that was packaged properly and useable in the repair of my car but it finally arrived. Bill wanted to be sure all the parts were in before I dropped my car off so that didn’t have to pay anything out of my pocket for car rental and so that they could get everything completed all at once! AutoSport had my car for 6 weeks and fought long and hard to make my car as perfect as it turned out to be! Bill, Pat and the entire crew are beyond amazing! My car looks like brand new! Exceptional quality of repair and paint are clearly evident! Everyone asks me if I bought a new car because my car looks so amazing that it’s hard to believe it was ever damaged!! I was updated on a regular basis and everything was completed within the time frame I was quoted! Every one at AutoSport Collision are exceptional, caring individuals and I won’t go anywhere else!
