Thought I just needed a lube/preventive maintenance visit for persistent noise. Turns out the motor and gear drive were shot. Cary diagnosed the problem quickly. Replaced the motor. Added new outside keypad control, two new car controls, and programmed my wife's newer car to open and close door. When he told me how much the charge would be before starting, including tax, I was very surprised. The amount was literally about a third of what I expected. He did the job in about an hour.
