My garage doors was opening on its own but there was no obvious reason for it to open (no one playing with the remote or anything like that). Cary arrived on time and offered several potential causes and resolutions, including reprogramming the remote. He reprogrammed the remote and I have not had any more problems. I have their number on my door and will definitely use them in the future for regualr maintenance as well as any problems that may occur with the door.
