I had to replace one of my garage door openers (motor) last year. The company who installed my new garage doors 7 years ago came out to replace it. Well this year I had to have the motor needed replaced on the other door so I called the original company. I never heard back. I saw a recommendation on NextDoor from someone in my neighborhood for Independent Overhead Doors - so I called. The technician came out that afternoon to diagnosis the problem. He came back the next day and replaced the motor. He was very professional and polite and to top it off - the cost was almost half the amount the other company charged me. They’re fair and honest. I will definitely use them again when I need help with my garage doors. Thank goodness the original installer didn’t call back!
