Hurried, not prepared for out-of-town move 80 miles away.
I feel they are a company not good for long-distance moves. There inability to determine number of trucks, time involved, created a chaotic, highly-pressured, & stressful experience. As a result, some critical blunders occurred. I lost a number of remote controls for my home theater system, the screws to my dining table went missing & the person in charge proceeded to use his own screws, putting a hole through the top of the table.
In the end, the change for the service was not provided. So I told him to keep the $25. He said that wasn't enough & he wanted more money. I didn't know that moving company employees expect tips for their work even when the work is not up to standard. Very disappointed.
