Cool Air Technologies were excellent except for one thing. After both the heating and AC were installed, the installer quickly showed me how to put a two inch filter in, instead of the one inch filter, but it's not fitting. The filter gets crimped. I called and emailed them about a month ago and asked to get some information to fix the situation, as I can't put the two inch filters in at all and I have a whole box of them but they have not responded to me. Otherwise, they're just spectacular.
