I had used Cool Air Technologies before and my first time with them was a great experience. I would've rated them five stars all around back then. However, this second experience with them was horrible. The individual who came over to check my unit barely looked at it and said that I just needed a new one. I was overcharged for a service call that was originally supposed to be $85 but charged $100. There was a pipe that needed to be replaced, a small section of it, and they charged me $120 to have it repaired. Nothing was resolved. They were absolutely fabulous the first time but this second experience with them was just very very poor.
