I used Cool Air Technologies about five years and ago, we had a new born in the house, and the AC went out. Bill did everything he could to salvage my old AC, but figured out that it was just not going to work. So he got us a new AC unit right way making our life easier as new parents!

The second time around, there was power circuit for the same unit; it took longer than expected, but Bill did everything he could to get things back to normal. Either him or Trish would let us know of their progress -- their customer service is way above our expectations!
