I cannot say enough good things about Cool Air Technologies - Heating and Air Conditioning Repair Service. The owner of the company is top-notch and he has excellent support. The people he brings to your house to do the work know what they are doing and they know how to do it well. Prior to my project, he brought his chief technician with him to do the evaluation. The entire time the owner did not say a word. Once the evaluation was done, he explained to me what his role was. He would provide oversight but he would leave it up to his crew. The crew he sent over were very respectful of my house, which I truly appreciated. Before they did work in any part of the house, they would tell me that they needed to go in there, and so they kept me apprised of everything throughout the process. They were very clean and left absolutely no mess and no dust anywhere. After the work was done, one time I thought I had a problem with a leak. I called the owner on a Tuesday and he had thrown his back out so he was unwell. But he promised me that he would have someone over by Friday, and come the day they were there, just as he had promised. Turned out the issue had nothing to do with them. But they were very responsive and professional. This company was recommended to me and I am very happy that I took their advice. I can't say enough good things about them. I am extremely satisfied with them and would recommend them in the highest terms.
