Cool Air Technologies was great. I had a unique situation at my house with the configuration and that caused some problems, but they hung in there and figured out what the problem was. Everything was taken care of and is now working great.

We had them replace our heating and air conditioning unit, and it was our first time using their services. They're courteous, timely, arrive when they say they will, and clean and the do the job in the time they say they will as well. It's obviously very important to them that their customers are happy.
