We purchased the Harman Absolute 43 this summer and were nervous the experience would be a negative one. However, Jean was very helpful and knowledgable and the installation went smoothly. Our touch screen ended up being defective but fireside had this repaired without a hassle. We are now enjoying our stove, which heats our 1200 sq ft home like a dream. Thank you fireside design!
