Fireside Designs installed a pellet stove for me, and I couldn't be more pleased. It is working perfectly just as advertised. I had visited a home product fair and saw the stove and spoke with the folks at Fireside Designs. I thought about it for a while and decided to purchase one. The sales staff was super helpful; they answered all my questions. The servicemen who did the installation were very clean, friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable. They were also very informative on how to operate the stove. My brother used them too, and he was as pleased as I am. It was a great experience from beginning to end.
