I needed an outside gas fire insert and I used Fireside Designs for the second time to get that done. It had to be custom made, and the owner, I believe, came out to measure the insert, along with making recommendations on what type of insert would be appropriate, especially when considering our budget. The installers who came out worked very clean, especially wearing masks and gloves due to the ongoing pandemic. They handled everything in an outstanding manner. They were always very forthcoming, and I experienced nothing less than excellent and outstanding work. I would not have used them again if I did not appreciate their work and customer care, so if I need anything else I will go back to them.
