This was my first experience purchasing a fireplace. I found Fireside Designs online and decided to try them out. They were knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. I had to have a gas line run and they pointed me in the right direction to find an installer for that. They also showed me detailed pictures of other installations so I would know what to expect. Fireside Designs made everything very, very simple. I was their first customer after reopening from COVID which was a unique experience for all of us, using masks and whatnot. They made the whole process a decent experience. I bought the fireplace for the look and was pleasantly surprised to find out how much heat it generated, warming up much of my four thousand square foot house. I'm very happy with my new fireplace.
