Terrible company

Dont waste your time with this company. They'll take your money no problem but don't ever ask for anything from them once your stove is delivered and setup. They care about your money upfront and will ignore you once they have it. The owner screamed at me on the phone when I gave him pushed back over poor customer service. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, they've been around for a long time and have forgotten how to take care of their customers beyond just the initial transaction.

This individual is very angry because Fireside Designs could not reschedule a previously canceled appointment by him within his short time period he demanded. In his state of anger at the end of our telephone conversation KENNETH BLACKMER OF LONGMEADOW called me a piece of SHxT. NOT VERY BECOMING!
Kenny Blackmer is so desperate to harass and hurt me and my business he filed a complaint with BBB. The BBB dismissed his complaint because there was no bases and did not meet their complaint acceptance policy.
Kenneth continues with his anger to harass me ON THE INTERNET AND FACEBOOK so HE can feel SUPEROR for hurting my reputation.
