I think I used Fireside Designs once a long time ago. I recently called them to come out again to deliver and set up a grill for me. I was very satisfied with their work. When I called, the owner himself came out right away. I wanted him to run through everything with me so I would know how to properly use the grill. He was very nice! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I checked the pricing of the company by calling around to another vendor. The grill is a specialty item that regular retail chain stores do not carry. For it being a high-quality item, I found Fireside Designs to offer comparable pricing. Customer service was excellent and the appointment was so easy to set up too that I will definitely use them again.
