I have to give Jay with Fireside Designs a five-star rating for service. He answered my questions and pointed me in the right direction in choosing which stove to get that would be right for me and my home. There was another person working there that seemed to lack a little confidence when I ask him a question which resulted in me going back to Jay to get my questions answered. This review will reflect the interaction that I had with Jay and the installation team. Anytime, that Jay had a question for me he would contact me via cell phone or email. His communication was great! He was able to answer all of my questions without fail.

I ended up purchasing a stove and they installed it for me. This was a big job because they had to remove the old stove and it was not an easy thing to do. They did very well! I am very happy with the new stove and in particular all of Jay's hard work in helping with this transition. I would recommend Jay and Fireside Designs to my friends and family!
