I was treated very well. The staff at Fireside Designs were very professional. They explained all my available options and made suggestions regarding the type of gas log and fireplace doors that would fit best for my fireplace. The installers were right on time, arriving exactly when they said they were going to arrive to install the gas log and fireplace doors. Fireside Designs did everything they said they would do, and they did a very good job.
