My experience with Fireside Designs has been terrific! They sent someone out to speak to me about what I wanted and to answer any questions that I might have. From the first contact with them about the installation of a fireplace and stove they were accommodating, personable and upfront with every detail. They were honest, letting me know that there could be additional charges for any extras such as a boom/lift truck for installation of the fireplace due to my roof being so high. That did have to happen and I am happy that they discussed that possibility beforehand. They definitely know how to communicate well and are personable while they do it. They are some of the nicest people who will walk you through the entire process in detail.

My fireplaced turned out excellent and I love it! After installation, I had made a mistake with the stove/fireplace and I called them to help me. They came right out and fixed what I had done and never charged me anything. They didn't have to do that even though I was still under warranty, I don't think this was supposed to be covered. That is fantastic customer service and they were quick to respond and get it taken care of. This entire process has been a great experience!
