This was my first time to use Fireside Designs, and I purchased a pellet stove from them. This helps provide extra heat for the home. They also came out to do the installation work. They showed up as scheduled, and were very polite and courteous. They did not leave any kind of mess behind, and the job appears to have been professionally done. The pellet stove was installed inside of the fireplace, and there was one design issue I was not overly satisfied with, but that is just the design of the stove itself, and not any fault of Fireside Designs. After the installation, I had what I now call an "idiot question", about where the thermostat was located. So I called them, and they answered me in a very professional manner. If it had been a snake, it would have bit me, because it was right there in front of me the whole time. But they didn't laugh at me or anything, and I really appreciated that, because I would have probably laughed at me. Anyway, the pellet stove works great, and I am a very satisfied customer!
