Worked with Fireside Designs's sales staff in selecting the right pellet stove I wanted to get. They explained in detail about the efficiency, pros and cons--saw both sides of the unit they recommending. I had prices from other vendors and Fireside was competitive. Professional in terms of sales, setting up the appointment, and they kept the time they set the appointment for. Within two or three weeks from when I did the sale, the technicians came to the house and did exactly what they were supposed to do and did a good orientation on how to do maintenance on the stove. If I had any concerns, I could contact them right away.
