I talked to the manager at Fireside Designs and got no satisfaction at all for the question that I was asking. The communication wasn't good there. I ended up getting my information from another source.
I liked the installation of my fireplace insert, though. The electrician and the installer of the insert were kind and courteous in my home. They were also on time for the appointment. I'm satisfied with the final product. Overall, I will recommend Fireside Designs to other people.
