The amount of time you took to put her down and all the time you took to put the needles in which didn’t work and had to try again in another leg which you used two front and finally her right rear leg twice. You made her walk from the back room to the room we were waiting in and the needle fell out of her leg then you still tried to push the medication in and it all came out, in which Savannah barked and whined in pain…. As far as I’m concerned you should be ashamed of yourself for putting Savannah and us through the pain and suffering and heartache you caused us, then after she was gone you cleaned up all the extra needles and bloody bandages then left and didn’t return, I had to peek in the room where you were to say we were leaving, and not even a word from you…. You are not a professional, you are more like an amateur, and I would caution other people who are having too go through this to go elsewhere…
