I contacted John Waters after being without air for over a week and dealing with a not so great company my home warranty had sent to us originally. I decided I would pay out of pocket do get the job done correctly. From the moment I called & spoke (with Abby) who said a tech could be here in 2 hours, to John (the tech) I cannot say enough great things. John fixed (and showed me the issue), he also serviced the unit, and did a walk through of it with me (we just bought & moved in here). They were super quick to respond, the utmost in professionalism, and I couldn't ask for anything better. They will be, and are, our go-to for all HVAC needs.
