We called Mr. Cool's Air Conditioning to have a new perimeter heating and cooling system installed on our rooftop. They had to do all new ductwork and insulation, and I was very pleased with the original installation crew, they did a great job. They must have been the best crew at Mr Cool's. Once we finally got propane to the house, another crew came to hook up the propane and they were all right, slightly less communicative than the first crew. I'm a farmer and I have a pretty good working understanding of machines, and I would have liked to know the details of the work. To me, the service and the parts after the sale are as important as anything. I would still call them again if I had a need.
