Don Calandri's follow-through was excellent throughout the whole process. He called when said he would call, got there when said he would get there, and installed the unit when he said it would be installed. He followed the project all the way through, from beginning to end. This was the second time I've used Mr. Cool Air Conditioning, because I got the same service when they installed it the first time. Both projects were the same- new heating and cooling installation. It was perfect! It turned out good and there have been no problems on either property. This is an awesome company and I highly recommend them!
