Been an extremely happy customer for around 10 years sending flowers for Birthdays and such. When 2 family members and a friend were in assisted living and I sent flowers, all the staff said they knew who they were for because of the uniqueness and beauty R&B put into each and every arrangement. People would stop by their apartments to see them and "ohhh and awww" !!!!!!!
R&B always worked with me making each arrangement perfect and individual to those receiving them, and I could be pretty goofy as to what I wanted. Always must have curly willow. No request on my part ever seemed too much to do. Then add all the extra goodies they have in the shop, like candies, stuffed animals, extra bright ribbon and balloons...well, what else can I say.
Add to that I live in Oregon and had to trust that what I asked for actually happened. You guessed it! I was never let down by R&B! Often I was embarrassed by the praise I received from the recipients. I didn't create the art, R&B staff did !!!!!!
As you can tell I am one very satisfied customer, and look for the day when there is a R&B like Spokane's near me, and then I might get to be a "getter" too.
Giving the gift of flowers seems lazy to some, but when it's all you can do there are none better to make it the very best gift ever!
"Rose and Blossom" is first on my list every time.
