So I called the Ruby store after they were closed and the lovely employee stayed late to help me design a perfect floral gift for my daughter who's birthday this was for and she promised to put it together herself the next morning and have it on the first delivery. This is the customer service thats missing in alot of stores. I will use just roses everytime for my floral needs and helping a local business is something you be happy about.
