Have been a client for 15 years. Called emergency service on a Sunday night and they sent a vet who misdiagnosed and could not perform basic emergency diagnostics. Had I not been experienced and able to contact an experienced vet, the horse would have been mistreated. Reported problem to the office in writing multiple times and via phone and was told to pay for services except for emergency visit. Billing continued and when I contacted the office was told that the person who told me that was fired and I was treated very nasty by Dessy Castillo who told me she is now in charge. Situation remains unresolved and there is no concern that the novice vet could harm someone’s horse. No one at the clinic cares.
