I had Willow Glen Electric here twice, and it has been a good experience overall. The first time they came was to replace the bathroom ceiling lights and fan, and they selected a very pretty fan on their own, so I was very impressed with that. They did an excellent job installing it and taking away everything that was supposed to be disposed of. They were very courteous and very professional.

The second time I had them come out it was because of our electrical lights in the bathrooms. They weren't functioning, so they came out and gave me a bid before they determined what the problem was. I thought that it was a little on the high side for what they had to do. All they had to do was tighten the wires in the electrical box, so after the determination of $245 or so to make the repairs, I thought they would lower it to whatever it would be for the specific repair, but then right off the bat that's what it wound up being, just like they said. But the experience overall was a 5.
