This past winter we learned we needed a new roof. We had a few repairs that were needed, but since Mark and I don't spend any time on the roof we had no idea how bad it was. We called the local contractors and didn't have much success. Some were just too busy - which is great - and others spent a fair amount of time bashing whomever installed our roof originally and insisting we have the old roof shampooed while we wait for the weather to improve enough to replace the roof. Really? Shampoo a roof that is on its way to the dump? After calling several contractors and reviewing bids, we selected Premier Pacific Roofing out of Clackamas. Salvador came to our home twice, in the evening, to answer all our questions and explain to us the ridge line venting system. He spent a solid hour sketching out the system and explaining the need for proper ventilation. PPR was very respectful of our budget and provided three roof life options. Carlos was the foreman on our job, and he and his crew were amazingly respectful of our property. They cleaned each night before leaving and swept the garage and RV pad on their final day. We were by no means easy customers, this was a large investment and we had loads of questions. Mark and I both felt as if we were the only customers PPR had on the docket.
