I had a leak that was going into the garage so I called Premier Pacific Roofing and talked with Salvador. Salvador came out the next day to diagnose the problem and he gave me pictures and an explanation of what was happening. I wanted to get the leak repaired before the big storm hit and he suggested I get other bids. I did a bit of research and decided to make an appointment with Premier Pacific Roofing. Our appointment was for 11am and Salvador was knocking on my door at 11 am sharp, he was right on time and I was pleased with his promptness.
Salvador did a few things to prep during the appointment and the next day his crew came out to repair the leak. They looked at the problem and did a superior job of repairing the leak. It looked great and there was no trace that they had ever been there, you can't even see the backside of the leak that was once there.
I've always been suspect of hiring a contractor but when the bill came, it was exactly what Salvador quoted me. My experience with Premier Pacific Roofing was perfect, they were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend making them your first call.
