The only thing that might have been better ... a smaller time window for arrival of the technician. Stating that he might arrive "between 10:00 and 2:00" (4 hours) is a bit constraining. Especially when (inevitably) he arrives at 2:00. Not to worry, this is a common practice, not at all peculiar to Door-Mart.
