Quick Service For Broken Spring

Wanted to go shopping and the Garage Door opener only worked for about 18 inches. I investigated and found we had a broken door spring. Tried to operated manually but door was too heavy (so both cars were stuck in garage). Called in problem and repair person arrived about 5 hours later. Repair was done within an hour.
