The Door-Mart service team was absolutely wonderful. They had a tech sent to my house almost immediately for my quote. I never had to call them back. The tech who came to my house explained everything very clearly. The pricing was very straight-forward and very reasonable compared to other quotes I had before this one. There was no hold up on the work. I got the call to schedule my installation within a week or so, when the door came in. The tech came out and had the door installed within just a few hours. It looks 500 times better than it did before.

The only problems I had with any of it was the haul-away. I wasn't expecting to have to dispose of the old door myself. And as an average size woman, it was not easy to tear apart to fit into the back of the pickup I had to use. I didn't feel like it should have been left for me to deal with alone. I was told we had discussed, but I'm positive I was not.
