I contacted One Call Roofing to inspect a small intermittent water leak from my roof. I received a call back by Adrian, who came out the next day and walked the roof. He noticed that there was some additional damage, as well. I reached out to my insurance agent to let them know about Adrian's findings. They sent out an adjuster to meet with Adrian and inspect the roof. They noticed some shingle deterioration from storm damage. Carter, One Call Schedule Master, got it all set up as best as he could given the issues with the weather. He called me and let me know that they would be there within the next few weeks and called me the day before and let me know that the crew would arrive by 6am the next day. When I say 6am, I mean 5:59am. The crew showed up right on time and began tearing the old roof off. This was a 12/12 pitch which is pretty steep. They were tied off well and the work continued with drop cloths and tarps everywhere. They wanted to try to catch as much debris as they could. With old roofing torn off, the new underlayment went down. I like this product much better than traditional felt as it seemed to be more durable and tear resistant, thus helping prevent new problems in the future. This was an atypical 6 man crew of extremely nice people. They made it look like ballet as they moved across the roof. They did an enormous amount of work the first day. They worked from sun up to sun down. They had just a small amount left the next day and completed it within a couple hours. Clean up was taken care of as I’m a stickler for getting up all the remaining nails. I searched entire yard and only found one. This shows dedication and integrity. So the question is, when you have a leak are you going to make the right choice? I know it sounds odd to compliment so much, but they went above and beyond. Extremely satisfied! As Adrian said, “Once One Call replaces the roof, it’s their roof!” They want to make sure you are happy with the work and pleased with the process.
