I paid a lot of money to have my two skylights repaired because one of them was leaking and I figured it was a matter of time before the other one did the same.

After paying for all new flashing the skylight continued to leak so I called the company and it took them two and a half weeks to come out to fix it. But instead of repairing the structural problem the repairman just added a tube of caulk to the large gap in the flashing.

After I saw what a crummy repair job he did I called the company back and asked for it to be fixed correctly. Once again, the answering service said they’d have the warranty division call me. That was two weeks ago and I haven’t heard a word yet. But now it’s leaking through the caulk repair!

I’ve got large pans catching rain water and still wondering where their warranty team is. So far, my dealings with One Call Roofing have been nothing but a headache and a total waste of money.
