We used One Call Roofing for a leak that appeared during NATE, cause by a pervious hailstorm. Brian and Joey inspected the roof, found the hail damage and helped us with insurance claim every step along the way. Now we have a great looking, leak free, improved roof, with an outstanding warranty and of excellent quality. Brian, Joey and his crew, and the owner Steve were fantastic. They kept us in the loop of planning the work. The weather was not always favorable for a 2- to 3-day job. When it was finally dry, it was too cold to put the singles down (who knew about that). Once they started working, the roof was gone and back up in two days. They got most of all the nails, and cleared all the debris, very impressive. They came back for an inspection and send another crew to finish some of the original builders faults. Cowboy even found that a piece of siding was deteriorated and replaced that. This was not in the original estimate, but the price did not change. I would recommend On Call Roofing and Remodeling to anybody. They are thorough, caring and honest people, who want to help you to enjoy living in your house.
