My advise: call Xcel Energy first!

SUPER bummed that when they got here they determined it was something that Xcel Energy had to deal with. They did no work, but I paid the full service call fee of $265!

We received a call that the owner only had 50% power and power lost for an oxygen machine. We considered this an emergency job and responded right away (same day) and verbally quoted our emergency rate on the phone before proceeding to the site. Upon arrival we quoted our rate and customer agreed to the rate by signing our invoice before we started the work. We did some trouble shooting and tested the system and found we could not (as the electrician) do anything as the problem was with their electrical provider, Xcel Energy. The electrician called Xcel Energy on their behalf to discuss this matter and handle this as an emergency.
