With my wife home alone and I being in a doctor appointment, we were under the gun to get this work done as we had a showing to sell our house that same day. A quote was given, and assuming it was taken from an itemized list by the company owner who was also the electrician, I was surprised to learn this quote was taken out of thin air. He also told my wife he had hoped to be done by 5:00 for the showing but was done and gone by 1:30. Did I pay $200 an hour for an extra 3 and a half hours? Lastly, the owner-electrician was on the phone the whole time he was working making me believe his concentration was not on my job and consuming some of the time I was paying for. He should also consider taking a course on customer relations as he was not at all customer friendly
