Until I get a receipt for 2 separate calls bad

I have used them 2 X and never gotten a receipt from them for income tax and this is after calling. The 2nd visit the plumber would deduct the service call price from the week before. I do not know if that was done. I get 2 prices depending on the women answering and a plumber

Thank you so much for reaching out to us! I see that both of the receipts were emailed the day that the service was performed but our emails do sometimes go to junk. I will call you this afternoon and make sure that you receive a copy of both of those receipts! Our dispatchers are really great at getting clients booked and scheduled, but we know just enough to be dangerous when it comes to the actual plumbing jobs and pricing. That is why all of our technicians give their prices in writing when they come out and take a look at the job. I'm sorry for any confusion!
