EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Our technician, Brian was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, thorough and was able to fix our problem quickly. He gave us multiple options as to how aggressive we wanted to be with fixing our problem - basically he would do as little or as much as we wanted. We will definitely call Dial 1 and specifically request for Brian if we ever have plumbing problems in the future.
