I've used Dial One Johnson Plumbing before and was impressed by the high level of service provided. This is why I called them first when I was in need of a plumber.

As before, I received a call telling me that the plumber was on his way. He arrived promptly and went to work quickly. Listening to what I had to say and accessing the situation before opening up a wall.

Came down with a simple resolution and told me exactly what he would do and the cost. He was so careful with our things that he moved to do his work. He even made sure the floor was cleaned and he took the trash with him to his truck.

I had another issue that required a plumber and gave me two options. One, have him do the work or two, do it myself. He told me exactly what to buy and how to fix the issue properly at a fraction of the cost if I had used his service.
